Woolcock Partners is one of the oldest companies in Launceston, but that doesn’t mean that we’re not progressive. E.E. Richards was established in 1930 by Ernie Richards, then later Eric Richards and John Martin, eventually passing the reins to David Youngman and Bill Woolcock as Company Directors. Bill soon became the sole Managing Director and for 40 years continued to build by honouring their word and leading by example.
The family ethic of being firm but fair lives on with the business being purchased by his son Sam in 2013. We maintain our high standards with continuous training, mentoring and coaching, along with individual staff development plans.
